HighImpact Community Development Group was created to deliver structured, accountable, and community-centered residential services that prioritize safety, dignity, and long-term stability. Founded by Lisa Williams, Executive Director, the organization was intentionally designed with compliance, operational clarity, and formal quality assurance systems established before services began. Rather than building reactively, HighImpact implemented structured onboarding, RN-delegated medication systems, tiered incident oversight, resident rights integration, and a clear leadership hierarchy from day one.

We focus on stability over rapid expansion, ensuring consistent care and regulatory integrity for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our homes operate within strong compliance frameworks, documentation standards, and oversight systems that protect residents and support consistent outcomes.
