Our Board Philosophy

At HighImpact, our Board of Directors was built with intention.

We believe that while experience and expertise are valuable, alignment in mission, vision, and purpose is foundational—especially in the early stages of building something meaningful.

Rather than focusing solely on individuals who have previously served on boards, we intentionally built a board of individuals who:

Our board reflects a shared commitment to impact, collaboration, and community.

Together, we are not only guiding the organization—we are helping shape a vision that is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a desire to create spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Let’s Build Something That Matters—Together
