Lisa A. Williams is the Founder & CEO of HighImpact Community Development Group and Founder & Board Chair of HighImpact Community Development Foundation.

With a professional background in mental health, human services, and compliance, Lisa brings a strong foundation in building structured, high-quality care environments that prioritize safety, dignity, and accountability.

Her work is deeply rooted in a commitment to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), with a focus on creating safe, supportive residential environments where individuals can thrive with stability, independence, and purpose.

Lisa is passionate about developing systems that go beyond basic care—ensuring that every individual is seen, valued, and empowered. Through HighImpact, she is building a model that not only meets immediate needs but creates long-term impact through person-centered care, community integration, and meaningful support.
